First trailer and poster for Rock Old range

The initial trailer for Rock Old range has turned up online, and chances are maybe you have possessed an album in the type of Journey, Foreigner or Whitesnake, you'll probably enjoy it.Altered within the stage musical and hang up one of the crotch-thrusting excesses in the eighties, the film sees "smalltown girl" (see that which you did there?) Julianne Hough fall mind over heels with Diego Boneta's city boy (sorry), while Cruise hair-metal rocker rips it on-stage.Meanwhile, Catherine Zeta Manley plays a spiritual wing-nut who isn't keen on stone, and won't be putting a cent anywhere near that jukebox.Take a look within the trailer below... Just like a celebration from the musical era that's basically one extended guilty pleasure, enjoyment of that certain will most likely relaxation inside your tolerance for middle-aged males in spandex and interminable, finger-shredding guitar solos. Fortunately, we're quite interested in everything, and therefore will in all probability provide a peek!Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, Malin Akerman and Paul Giamatti are among the supporting cast, with Hairspray's Adam Shankman filling the director's chair. Time to take out that old Poison album while watching film's release on 8 June 2012.

When Pigs Have Wings (Le Cochon p Gaza)

A Studiocanal relieve a Marilyn Prods. presentation from the Marilyn Prods., Studiocanal, Craig Films, Saga Film, Rhamsa Prods. production, in colaboration with Canal Plus, Orange Cinema Series. (Worldwide sales: Studiocanal, Paris.) Produced by Franck Chorot. Directed, put together by Sylvain Estibal. With: Sasson Gabay, Baya Belal, Myriam Tekaya, Gassan Abbas, Khalifa Natour, Lofti Abdelli, Ulrich Tukur, Khaled Riani, Uri Gabai, Ido Shaked, Thierry Lopez. (Arabic, Hebrew, British, French dialogue)Neither kosher nor halal, the unusual catch from the Palestinian fisherman might be the availability of numerous chuckles inside the Euro-funded, Gaza-set "When Pigs Have Wings." French novelist-switched-director Sylvain Estibal's first feature lacks, somewhat ironically, a apparent dramatic structure, though a humanistic perf from thesp Sasson Gabay ("The Band's Visit") together with a combo of gentle situational comedy and light-weight sociopolitical critique partially atone for the story's inclination to ramble. Limited fall release did respectable amounts in Gaul, as well as the marketing-ready premise could generate niche biz elsewhere. Broke piscator Jafaar (Gabbay) finds a pig within the nets, and also the chronic poverty dictates he search for a buyer for your unclean animal, though that's simpler theoretically. Jafaar tries several options, including taking it for the U.N., selling its sperm and, somewhat bizarrely, undertaking an unforeseen stint just like a suicide bomber. Each is carried out for gentle laffs, though Jafaar's rapport along with his wife (Baya Belal) as well as the Israeli soldiers (Ido Shaked, Thierry Lopez) by themselves roof inject a welcome sobering note. Below-the-line credits, plus a simple but effective score, are saved to the money.Camera (color), Romain Winding editor, Damien Keyeux music, Aqualactica, Boogie Balaban production designer, Albrecht Konrad costume designer, Marie-Josephine Gracia. Examined at Brady Theater, Paris, November. 18, 2011. (In Tokyo, japan, japan Film Festival -- competing.) Running time: 98 MIN. Contact Boyd van Hoeij at news@variety.com

New Director Angelina Jolie On The First Time She Called Action

First Published: December 9, 2011 2:53 PM EST Credit: Getty Images Caption Angelina Jolie arrives In The Land Of Blood And Honey Los Angeles Premiere on December 8, 2011LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Angelina Jolies feature film directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey, is set to hit theaters later this month and although the stunning actress has starred in dozen of films, she admits she was apprehensive about taking the directorial reins for the first time. I was very shy, Angelina told Access Hollywood of the first time she called Action on set, at the films premiere in Los Angeles on Thursday. Somebody filmed it, and I think I say it like (quietly) Action and nobody could hear me. So everybody kind of said, Youre going to have to suck it up and do better than that. By the end, I was properly saying it, but at the beginning, I was whispering, she added. By the time filming drew to a close, the mother of six had found her voice. I did scream, Thats a wrap, she told Access. By that time, everybody had become this cast is from multiple sides of the conflict, multiple parts of the region, so to come together was such a beautiful thing, to see them make friends. By the time we wrapped, it was very emotional. Though navigating the new territory of directing was originally daunting, Angelina who also penned the screenplay for the drama said she hasnt ruled out stepping behind the lens again in the future. I dont know, she told Access, when asked if she has plans to direct again in the future. Its just started and people havent gotten to see it, so Im still a little gun-shy of it all. I was compelled by the story, she continued. So if theres something that I feel compelled to tell and I feel Ill do a good job, then Ill do my best, and maybe I could try again. In the Land of Blood and Honey is slated to hit theaters on December 23. Copyright 2011 by NBC Universal, Inc. All rights reserved.
